About us
LuierKompas grew out of a simple frustration: nappies are one of the biggest fixed costs for a young family, and yet it is almost impossible to see where to buy them most cheaply. Every shop uses different pack sizes, and almost every week there is an offer running somewhere.
So we work everything back to a number that can be compared: the price per nappy. No accounts, no newsletter, no detours. You pick brand, type and size and see immediately where to go.
Where the prices come from
The prices on this site are real: they are collected from Dutch web shops, and every deal shows when its price was last checked.
This first version shows a snapshot from a limited number of shops. So you can see which pack is the better value per nappy, but not yet at which shop. That changes once the daily price check and the remaining shops are connected.
How we make money
Comparing is and stays free. If you click through to a shop and buy something there, we may receive a small commission from that shop. It costs you nothing extra.
That commission has no bearing on the order of the results. Sorting is always by the lowest price per nappy, even where there is nothing to earn.

Privacy
You can use LuierKompas without an account and without leaving your details. We do not ask for an email address and we do not sell data on.
For visitor numbers we use only aggregated statistics that cannot be traced to a person. Once you click through to a shop, that shop's terms and cookies apply.
